Content and frames too large

Does anyone have any idea why the template content and frames are suddenly large/bigger?
Before, with the template beeze was all good.

Concretely it is only the component Jomres the problems in connection with all gavick templates. I've tried other templates to install and it works.

Without the joomla.css into the black&white template ... it works.
Is it possible to run the template/website without the joomla.css?

In my opinion this is not problem with our template because we use styling which affect only to our part of code, the problem is in extension (in extension styling), the easiest way id to find proper line in this extension stylesheet and delete it, template can't work properly without joomla.css file.
