Translate Register Form to Spanish

I would like to translate to spanish the register form (indicated in figure 1).

That is the form the system shows when you click on "Crear cuenta" in the frontpage of http://www.proton5.com/clientes/yourshop (as you can see in figure 2 attached).

That site has Joomla 1.5.25 and Virtuemart 1.1.9.

This is Joomla default register module so please look at translation for com_users component in language directory.

Sorry, but what are the lines that I have to change in that file?

I ask you that because I corrected some phrases like "Account Details" in the file es-ES.com_user.ini in language directory languague/es-ES, 1 week ago, and nothing happened.

You can see my es-ES.com_user.ini in the attach of this post.

I had to compress the because your system show me next message when I tried attach the file with its original extension (.ini extension): "The extension ini is not allowed."

Please, woul you give more in detail instructions?
