Why does NO Update work?

I wanted to update the Template, everytime I click on "Update" in the template backend I only get 404. The supprt from Gavick isn't good at all.....

Allow me to disagree about our support but yes, you are right about the update link.
This is due from the recent upgrade on your website. Some links are not yet fixed and we apologize for it.
On next updates we will include this problem on our ToDo list.
