Google own font doesn't work

Hello.
I'm trying to use "own" google fonts on my website based on AppSite template, but with no effect. Predefined google font works fine. I'd like to use Open Sans Normal 400.
This is my configuration

Font url: http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family= ... ,latin-ext

Font family: Open Sans

Is there any way, how to fix it?

thank you for your reply. I've tried it (without &subset) but it still doesn't work. And on top of that, I need czech characters (latin-ext)
