Modules are not resized to fit

According to the specification right columns next to the main content area are called: inset2, right_left and right_right, if I want to create sidebar next to my article and I put module to any of those positions the module or the content area is too big and the module doesn't fit into the site edges on the right hand side, what's wrong with this template?

I can't provide url, are the inset2, right_left and right_right designed to fit into content area? In the module variations page on your demo it show that main content should be narrower when there is something on the side, which position is that?
