How to activate login / register links in useararea

How can I activate Login/register links in userarea position as in demo? This module position is not even on the list of available positions, and is the popup window some 3rd party plugin?

you need to publish login module in 'login' position and gk_register module in 'register' position. Gk register module you can find in our rest files package.

Thanks, why it was not marked in module positions? Is there any documentation specifically for the Appsite? I can't find it anywhere.

Where can I change text appearing after logging in - 'Your Account' to 'Logout' for example?

You can change it if you edit language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_appsite.ini and find
