How can I disable the archive and change the author box?

Is there a way in the theme settings to disable showing the archive in pages such as this:

http://www.pcsteps.gr/questions/

If not, in which .php file can I comment it out?

Likewise, which php creates the author box? I want to change the title from h2 to something else (because the css rules I have made for h2 in other pages don't work well here)

Magaizne/author.php file creates the author box.

Oh, ok. It is created by the Q&A Plugin from WPMUDEV. I 'll ask them about removing the archives.
