Layout solidres rooms type

unfortunately my hosting does not allow the creation of temporary ftp users,
I should give the main data access and would not be good for safety reasons. we have no other solution? you could tell me the files to check?

Files to check should be in template's /html/com_solidres, but that's as close as I can lead You without an access. Start from renaming this folder to _com_solidres to disable all this changes which was added by us.

Oh yeah, when I renamed the folder _com_ solidres you see the description of the room.
so it is a file in this folder?

It means that one of the files in this folder is responsible. Now try rename in a similar matter file after file to figure out which one is the one to blame. But after You will be able to determine which file is that I will not know how to proceed without accessing code

This will not work, I would need an access to this file on Your server to be able to make changes in this files and see what is happening on site. I need to make some tests to see what values are passed from database, so this file is kind of the place to enter the real issue.

I accepted contact request, but I was hoping You are able to create users and just want to keep an eye on me and delete the access right after I finish, but if it's like that than I really do not know how to pass that. I need to make changes to files and see what it does on site to be able to figure out what is wrong.

Lets do that differently than. Install Akeeba Backup and make a backup of Your site and send me the file. I'll instal it on my computer to work with it.

I've checked that and I see that all the informations are there. The only problem is that those tabs are displayed in a place that user has problems to figure out what is it connected with. Add this code to override.css and You will see tabs showing below the image giving a better presentation:
