FB login Issue - doesn't work

i try everything, uninstall ad instal fb plugin again, i have api key and sicret key, when i wont to login with FB, sistem show this error:

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

Please help

Please make sure template is updated to the latest version and send me an access to joomla panel than.

i update template startup in last update but when i install, it shows me that i install template 3.12 but i hawe the latest update.

Files are correct as well, but to be safe I've updated it anyway. Unfortunatelly still not working. I'm suspecting that logging app is missconfigured. Anyway I've send it to programmers for check, so lets wait with facebook app access till they will answer, but You may try create new api and key and configured it again. Somethimes if same app works on couple of pages it acts like that.

I'm afraid my report of this question was removed due to lack of activity. I do not have Your access anymore, I try to clear PM every 2 weeks because I have a lot of access data to many websites there.

Anyway it may not be needed. There is another thread about this issue and programmers are working on this with another user's access. The already noticed the issue and fix is explained here: https://www.gavick.com/forums/news2-joo ... ok#p203585

A fix will be available within packages soon as well.
