We'll consider it, generally you can use video on some of our themes.
Please check i.e. this plugin:

or i.e. in the Simplicity theme you can use video as the background of the Header widget area.

Thank you, but thats not exactly what i am looking for. I am searching more for a full screen video like on the Paypal website.
