Built-In Jomsocial Module Positions Not Showing On All Pages

I am referring to the jomsocial module positions listed here: http://documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki ... _Positions

I have an advertisement posted to "js_side_top" position which is showing correctly on the community home page, profile page, and I think that's it. It should be sowing on all jomsocial pages. Is the template blocking these postions from showing?

please switch to default template and check if this module is showed on all pages or only those one like on our template.
