Site broken after installation

When I installed the News theme on my site, it is broken. Please advise or show me installation documentation.

Did you install the quickstart following this tutorial?

or only theme files? Could you provide more details, what do you mean by "the site is broken"?

This is the message i got after installation:

"Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name Description
gk_news_quickstart_WP_42 Stylesheet is missing"

Hello,

You can't upload the quickstart package to existing wordpress installation. Please check this article:

I have 2 problems

1) Yours site dosen't work

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64 bytes) in /home/gavick/public_html/documentation/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2221
2) When I upgraded WP do 4.2.2 my site doesn't work too

Hi,

Regarding your issues:
1) Please check again, it was probably a temporary problem.
2) All themes are checked with WP 4.2.2, could you send me a private message with backend and FTP access to your website? Then I'll be able to check the issue.
