how to translate the Buttons on Home like "What we Do" or "Learn more" ?

You can translate the theme:
http://www.gavick.com/documentation/wor ... -language/

or change it directly in theme files e.g. gavern/widgets.imageshow.php (what we do), "learn more" you can change in Bottom I text widget content.
