Change / Translate "Register Now"

Where can I edit the field "REGISTER NOW"? Since the website is used for German viewers I want to change it into "JETZT REGISTRIEREN". I have no idea where to find that top widget to edit.

This text"Register Now" is included in the language file, please check this article about translations:

or you can change this text directly in Fest/layouts/header.php file.
