Need Assistance in creating my page like the Demo

I am new to Joomla. I purchased the MSocial template by Gavick. It's a great template but I need someone to help me make my first page look like the M-Social demo - quickly. The instructions are a bit confusing - for me. I do not want to use the QuickStart Option. All the backend configurations are completed. That was the "easy" part. I am using Jomsocial 3.2.1.5. Thank you for your response. I probably need to understand Gavick's Development Template Map. Once I understand this, then I should be able to recreate the M-Social front page. What I have read is not clear to me. Here is a link to the website:

Do you guys offer remote training? I believe a half hour is all I need. My difficulty is connecting the Gavick M-Social Template with the Jomsocial Dashboard. I see them both but they are not completely working together.

Do you have a Wordpress version? And if so, is it "easier" to work with?

Gavick's Development Template Map

It's hard to say that Gavick have it, each template is different. Each layout may have different module positions ;( , new class names etc.
so each time "game" begins almost from start point. This is horrible also for us.
