Quickstart install error

Hello,

The Joomla! 3 quickstart cannot finish the install, it always goes back to step 3.
I think the package is broken, beacuse the Joomla! 2.5 quickstart is working well.
Any idea?

Joomla! 3.4.8
php.ini:
max_execution_time = 60
memory_limit = 128M

If I set max_execution_time to 120 sec, then the quickstart installer is working well.
