Correct installation template and plugins

1 What is the reason that the installation template package "gk_steakhouse_J! 3.zip" does not install needed for full operation plugnis file "gk_steakhouse_rest_files_J! 3.zip"?

2 Why does the description of the installation package is not written that the file gk_steakhouse_rest_files_J! 3.zip file is necessary for the operation of the template instructions

Using clean template package is your choice and we advise to use quickstart package where all is included. Template installation (via extension manager) don't allows you to install anything extra and it is Joomla issue because one package == one extension and we can't hack this process.

Maybe we don't write that when you use clean template you need to install all other extensions but we wrote clearly that only quickstart contains modules, plugins etc, which nearly means the same (» What is the difference between a Joomla! template and the Quickstart package? - GavickPro Documentation)
