how to build template like refreshed demo? documentation?

Hy,

i'd like to build the site like the refreshed demo version without using the quickstart package...
there is any demo/documentation to follow?
wich modules/plugins i've to install?
please help us...

There is no such documentation for now but the request was already given to our devteam.
I'll let you know when it will be ready. Meanwhile I would suggest to install quickstart on the side and compare settings.
