What is the difference between the Single and All Theme packages?

The single theme package includes one Joomla or WordPress theme of your choice from our collection that you may use without restriction. The All Theme package includes access to every one of our Joomla or WordPress themes with no restriction on use.

Can I upgrade from the Single package to the All Theme package?

If you've purchased a Single Theme package in the past and would like to upgrade to have access to the All Theme package, you need only pay the difference between the Single Theme and All Theme price, which is currently €70. To arrange for this upgrade, please contact our Billing and Account team via our Support Desk.

What does the VIP Support package include?

The VIP Support packages includes: rapid response to any technical queries (from 1 to 6 hours), quickstart package installation, minor custom work such as changes to the structure of the page, modifications to the appearance of specific template elements, adjustments to page structure etc., consult on more complex configuration issues and performance and design queries. During this 1 month period you will also have access to high-level technical support direct from our developers via our Support Ticket system and Forum.

Which payment methods are supported?

We accept all major credit cards via Paypal. You are not required to sign-up to Paypal to complete payment, though you may pay via your Paypal account if preferred. We also accept payment via bank transfer; for more information contact our Billing and Account team via our Support Desk. Please be aware you will be responsible for any conversion or transfer fees your bank incurs.

What support and updates am I entitled to?

All our Single and All Theme package customers are entitled to post technical support requests to our Support Forum without limit, and may download any updates released for their purchased theme(s). VIP Support subscribers will have access to VIP ticket and forum support as well as updates while their subscription is active.

If I decide I don't want to use your themes, can I get a refund?

If you’re encountering issues, we recommend that you utilize our extensive documentation and ask for assistance in our support forum, where our team will be glad to assist you. However, If you are still not satisfied, we offer a quibble-free refund within the first 14 (fourteen) days of your purchase, all we ask is that you provide us with some helpful feedback so we can win you back in the future. Simply get in touch with our Billing & Account team via our support ticket system and they will make the necessary arrangements.
