Cannot set table border

Hello, I am using The World News II and cannot set a border to tables. They are invisible, whatever I set in editor.
Where in the template.css or override.css should I modify that my color and border thickness show up?

But if you need really nice tables use/create your own styles
or use Tabulizer or similar solution for Joomla.
