Is it possible to keep template in line

Hi i am using user 7, user 8, user 9, user 10 etc and as you can see from my site http://www.in2town.co.uk they look not great as the bottom of them do not fall in line and are all over the show, the same with top 7, top 8, top 9 etc and also with user 1, and so on

is there anyway the experts on here can give us a solution so all the sections of the site are in line, i have never known a site that does this where everything is uneven. i have seen on here it being asked a number of times with no solution but now i am hoping the experts are reading this and will come up with a solution, many thanks
