I try to make my web site responsive im using classic joomla content so that. it cannot be responsive how can i make this web site all the time center and no requied scrolling.. http://eystarim.com/

Well, You would need to make all element relative widths, but still with different browser heights vertical scrolling will happen, though You should search for tutorial how to do it correctly. Sadly, we don't provide this kind of support.
