Code bug in "GK Module Title Links"?

When I install and activate the plugin "GK Module Title Links" (version 1.0 of 29 July 2012 ) into my Joomla my whole site runs down and turns completely white, both frontend and backend.
My webhost support reports there might be a bug in the code of this plug-in.
Are there any update versions of this plugin?

I can't see any problem with this plugin on my installation. Could you send me a PM with FTP access to your website? Then I'll be able to check the issue.

I've just activated your GK Module Title Links plugin and can't see the problem.. now white screen on the frontend and backend.
