Email Footer display wrong © year

Im using the MSocial Template along with Jomsocial plugin..The emails that are being sent out to new users, welcome and account details emails, are displaying ©2016 in the footer.

My joomla site in backend displays the proper ©2017 and in the frontend displays what its in the template styles settings

Where or how do i update the email footer ©??
