Top Navigation Bar

Hey y'all! I have a script to insert for a navigation bar to fit above the content on my site and I'm not sure where to add the script on this template. The bar is the same as the YardBarker navbar that is on http://kegsneggsblog.com/. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Running Joomla 2.5.

You should search in template folder /layouts/default.php or /layouts/blocks/head.php

Is it some kind of java script or custom module? Could You post here the code You need to insert?
