Built In Support...?

Wondering what it means when it says the template has build support for things like Tabs manager and News Show?

gavick extensions tabs manager and news show pro is supported by the template, and styled to fit the templates design...

Ah ok, so it is just styling? As in coloring etc? Nothing functionally or structurally different?
