How to modify footer menu

Hello, I would please like to know where i go to modify the footer menu which reads

* About Joomla! * Features * News * The Community

Hi,

You will find it in Menus->Top Menu

Or you can change the source menu in module manager, module mod_mainmenu on footer position.
