How to get rid of mainbody/component from Home page

Hi,
there is mainbody/component on home page of my site. I don't know how to ged rid of it.
There is no this section on demo site.

How to "turn if off" ?

I not sure I understand you correctly...

Nothing displays when I place a module on mainbody module position. I mean the module does not displays even though it is published but the section with HOME header still displays ;-(

It's like "mainbody module position" does not work.

Sorry I forgot about small detail - you're using older version of this template, so probably in the template settings there are options to set display of the mainbody module on the frontpage
