MYSQL issue

Hi again...

I installed NSP GK5 recently but at the same time my hosting service had a problem with their database servers so Im not sure if the problem lies with this or NSP GK5 but I am getting an error only sometimes when I visit the site..

To be honest. I'm not sure, because not only NSP GK5 queries are listed here. I think database could got corrupted. I would advice to reinstall extensions and joomla to fix it.
