Manual for newbie?

Is there a manual to install this template? I searched all over the web and find nothing. The truth is that I'm pretty lost. I have joomla 1.5 installed so I understand that the quickstart version is useless for me. I installed the file gk_twn2_J15.zip but can not get modules to work properly. Finally, there is a manual for a total newbie? thank you very much
