Menu is collapsed when viewed in Mobile

Hi,
I have set the template to Default ( Desktop Version) on both iPhone and Handheld Device setting.
However, when using Mobile to view the site, the menu position is collapsed as seen on the picture below.
The content layout is working fine.

Could you pls tell me how to fix ??
