My site brings up errors since i made a change last night

Hi i made a change last night to my site, where i want to change the h4 tags to h2 tags - please see https://www.gavick.com/support/forums/132/11950.html

And since those changes, i am now getting the follow area that keeps popping up in position insert 1 where i have my news pro module.

can anyone please help with this and let me know what is wrong with this please
