Site wont load on mobile

I am on Joomla 1.5 and my domain http://caribnewscorp.com wont load on mobile when Im using this template

Hi, hmm. I tested on my smartphone and it works. I have tested on mobile addon and also works.

p.s.
I suggest migrate to J2.5
