group title in main menu "Lorem ipsum"

I cannot understand how it is made that for example your menu template (in demo) has group title "lorem ipsum". I wish to made it in my website but I do not know how it must be done. What options are responsible for it.

Can You explaine me in simple ways what must be done to work it exacly in that way as in your demo?
