Upgrading to 3.0 Template

What is your suggestion for upgrading to Joomla 3.0? I have not made many changes to the template and have not added any other extensions. Should I use the automatic upgrde process?

You should firstly upgrade Joomla! to 3.0 version, then uninstall template and install the new one created for J!3.0.
