adjusting template configuration

here u will see two modules Happy Birthdays and subscribe to Bollywoodbook
i need to adjust there width with respect to Recent posts width subscribe

captcha clashes with google + module
its width must be like message box width

It will be great if u can help solving the above 1) st querry
leaving the first querry now i put four modules in user 1,2,3,4 position there size does not fit the position well
now how to make them align proper and fit proper so it looks good as i have set each module height and width to 250*200
