Permanent Header

Hello:

I am curious as to whether or not you can make the header permanent? I am referring to the header where the logo sits. I want this to be permanently positioned at the top even when scrolling down.

HI,
right now your logo bar (area) is static-fixed, you want to add also menu bar or what ?
