Can't open any module

Hello guys. I've just got Creative template, but if I try to open or edit any module , I get this error : "
Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item.
You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#639).
This is the first time I'm using one of you templates, and they look nice, but I need to modify them, I've tried modifying from articles, but nothing happens on front page, so now I think I need to do it from the module and I can"t ... Bit of help, please?? thanks!

Please click on the "locker" icon - it will disapear and you should access module without any problems.
