Parallax not working in iPad

Is the Parallax feature supposed to work in iPad tablet configurations ... as it works on a Galaxy but not an iPad mini? (take a look at www.closeupagency.com for an example).

Hi

Parallax is only replaced by image on mobile. I can see something is wrong on Your site. Please try unpublish some menu elements. I think that falling to new line is destracting it from working propperly.

Where is the image used on smart phone and tablet, I'd like to change it? Or how to not show the image at all on smart phone as it does not enhance the user experience.
