where can I edit a Contact Form

Is there any kind of a contact form that comes with this template or am I not seeing it? Thanks!

Joomla! contains a built-in com_contact component. You can create the items using the administrator panel - in the menu "Components > Contacts". When you create a single contact you can assign it using the menu item -> "Contact > Single"

Where I can edit a contact?

In modules I find contact module (custom html) and code:
