Error on saving template

When i try to save the template i get this error.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please advice

I'm having the same issue (error 403) but with Joomla 3.1.1 and gk_fashion 3.9, any cue? TIA.

@grupocamaleon,

Please first check all folders and files are uploaded correctly.
Please check if your server meets joomla requirements such as required php settings etc.
You can also check in your servers php error logs to see if there are any logs.

In error_log I found this line, related to this problem:

Any help on what should I do next? I can change anything in PHP source code, but I have not access to server configuration.

You need to contact your host with your error log.

What is happening is your servers firewall ( mod_security ) is not allowing your joomla template saving action which is triggering one of the rules in mod_security.

They will investigate this and if its false positive they will remove the rule or amend it for your server.

Our hosting provider has removed the rule and the problem is fixed, THX.
