Updated to 3.3 and got problems

Hi,
my client updated by accident the Joomla to 3.3 and the website got some visual problems.
1. I got the weird 0 after the SEARCH field
2. The News Show Pro GK5 don't show the text under the Title.

The website is http://news.vrabotuvanje.com.mk/ and the problem #2 is referred to the first module that works like rotator.

Also, any way to update the template and not loose the modifications?

3. I lost the Joomla icon in the backend and now I only see that symbol as there is no font for that

4. When I enter template management the top header is not as it should be.
