Warning: simplexml_load_file()

Sometimes my site loads with this warning:

joomla de-DE.xml Warning: simplexml_load_file(): I/O warning : failed to load external entity

I searched the web for a solution but couldn't find anything useful.

Can anybody help me?

Hi,
hard to say. I'm not sure it's template fault, it can be plugin. Besides you have not supported anymore theme.

Please try to upadate Joomla into current J3.4.1 version, if you still do not use it.
