Problem with align in frontpage

Hi,

I have my website at www.santaremdigital.com and i am having a problem. The banners i put in top are not align like the text above! The banners should be a little more to the left.

Can anyone help me please. Really urgent.

Please try to add this code to template.css and the bottom :
