Hi
The easiest way is to place a new position there, set it in right place with css and put mod_custom with social icons there.

Hi
To add a new position You nedd to use code:
and add this position in templateDetails.xml
setting it in place is a little bit more work. Creating mod_custom with icons is easy. You can hire me to do this for a small fee.
