Menu missing

I installed Icki Sports on http://www.stockholmelithandboll.se/seh/ two times (reinstalled one time) and clean up database, and still the menu is not there?

In admin panel i can´t ad a new item to the menu. I do that but still i can´t see no one.

Help me out.

It might be a problem from joomla!1.5.12 version.
This version brings important bugs on system files.

Please upgrade to the latest 1.5.20.

Banner 1 position i jumping down when i have a logo in banner 1 position.
I did not tuch anything in any css fil and the logo is smaller than banner1 position alows.

What is wrong?
