RSS/Atom/XML-flow

Hi

Im a newbe in this. So need help and instructions.

On our icki sport template i want RSS/Atom/XML-flow

rss dont work, i know that is no articels on first page, but how can i fix that we have Atom/XML-flow??

Please help me out.
