Cart Positon without a cart to display a html code

Hello,

I hope i am not annoying you, in this christmas time... but i habe another and i hope my last problem with that Template.

I want to show a Live Support button at the Position from the Cart, but if i activate that,
the Cart us showing, and when i click on the Items i see the button *g*
but i just want to see the button without the cart
