right column background style

Hi

I'm having the same problem as described here:
74-pulse/39577-rsolved-ight-colunm-style/post/reply.html

I want all pages to display the right column (grey bg) like it does in the "correct" screenshot attached. At the moment it is displaying it like the "wrong" screenshot.

It used to display only the homepage's column correctly and rest with the white bg but after trying some of the corrections above all the pages are showing the wrong bg now.
