Importing slq_dump problem

Hello,
It seems i have a problem in qucikstart installation process.

I do all well, and finally get to the phpMyAdmin and try to import sql_dump file i see this:

211 queries executed
- instead of 1271 (like in tutorial video).
Why`s that ?

And on the front page i see this error message:

500 - DB function failed with error number 1062
Duplicate entry '82' for key 1 SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_community_users` ( `userid`,`points`,`thumb`,`avatar`,`params` ) VALUES ( '82','0','','','notifyEmailSystem=1nprivacyProfileView=0nprivacyPhotoView=0nprivacyFriendsView=0nprivacyVideoView=1nnotifyEmailMessage=1nnotifyEmailApps=1nnotifyWallComment=0n' )[/b]

What do you think, what is wrong ?
I am using V 2.0.3 JS.
It this the problem ?

i got 211 aswell but i'm using 1.5.13 need help

I followed exactly what to do in that video when i first installed it but only 211 :/

But could you please try to do the same process from the start but only with available files in you download section. I think there is the problem. Also, there are more changes in template files. You`ll see if you you do tutorial...
